She can not do anything physical, well it doesn't appear like she could. I don't know about these things sometimes.
Is the Surgeon accountable? Its like someone coming in and asking for a bag of silicon to be surgically implanted on their forehead. I'm sure that this woman and that forehead bag would garner about the same amount of attention. Does the doctor get outted and de-licensed? Probably.

Go to Google Maps. Enter a city and find a business. Make it the most annoying or potentially embarrassing place you can find. I found Sex Addicts Anonymous Hotlines. You then get Google to call "your phone" and connect you. It doesn't have to be a cell phone or "your" number. Simply connect the two. So what you can do is have Google Call Sex Addicts Hotline no.'s and then call your buddy. Or you can have a wireless connection in a cafe, get on google and have them call Starbucks for you. It works great is super-indie, anti-corporate establishments to have Starbucks calling them. Also you can have corporate headquarters MacDonald call Peta, or vice versa. I had Image Leather in San Francisco call my friends mom. Awesome fun. Better if you can see it in action from one of the locales. Keep it up!

I wish you could see the front. I attached roses to needles in a heart shape on her belly. Kinda the most awesome thing I've ever gotten to do.
