This woman can not possibly be older than??? 28...
She can not do anything physical, well it doesn't appear like she could. I don't know about these things sometimes.
Is the Surgeon accountable? Its like someone coming in and asking for a bag of silicon to be surgically implanted on their forehead. I'm sure that this woman and that forehead bag would garner about the same amount of attention. Does the doctor get outted and de-licensed? Probably.
Does this doctor? Probably not.
